Ben Guyton is the founder of Guyton Realty Group, a leading real estate team serving the entire area of the Grand Strand. Our affiliation with The Hoffman Group brings two dynamic teams together to serve clients looking to Buy, Sell or lease properties in North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach and all surrounding towns. Ben has been involved in area real estate for 15 years and during that time has built an outstanding reputation of dedication to his clients and achieving results.
Ben began his real estate career in Myrtle Beach working with Buyers and focused on second home and investment properties located in golf communities. After helping the developer achieve national honors for sales volume Ben was asked to take on a leadership role in management and moved to North Carolina for a short period. In 2000 Ben joined the sales team of a national builder and focused on resort properties in North Myrtle Beach. After achieving highest sales honors for the market several times and highest customer satisfaction scores for the region, Ben was asked to take over management of the sales team in 2004.
After many years of success in New Homes, Ben wanted to use the knowledge and experience he has acquired over the years to build a high-performance realty group that would work with individual Sellers and Buyers to achieve their dreams of owning a property in the Myrtle Beach area. Each and every client is treated with the same care as a family member with their needs being our sole focus.

Carla Guyton, together with her husband Ben, formed Guyton Realty Group in 2010. Carla started her career in real estate in 2002 as an assistant, then quickly became one of the highest producing new home sales agents in Barefoot Resort by 2004! Her passion for helping families find their perfect vacation home, or primary home shines through with each client she works for. As the company expert on Barefoot Resort & Golf, Carla has built a very loyal base of neighbors that are proud to refer their friends to her. The success we have working with Buyers in the resort is directly related to the service Carla offers every client. Her knowledge of the New Home market, as well as working for years in the resell market gives Carla a unique perspective that her clients benefit from.

Clint Ayers, a native of Burlington, NC is an alumnus of Elon University where he earned his Bachelors as a double major in Physical Education/Health and Sports Management. He was a captain on the 1993 Elon baseball team and later returned to Elon as part of the coaching staff. He relocated to Myrtle Beach in 2003 to join the coaching staff at Coastal Carolina University. In 2006 he transitioned his focus and competitive nature into real estate, starting his career as a new homes consultant in Calabash, NC. Clint worked with Buyer’s on new construction purchases for four years before moving into general real estate in 2011. In 2013 he joined The Hoffman Group as a Buyer Specialist with Guyton Realty.
Clint’s only focus is to work directly and closely with Guyton Realty Group Buyer’s to ensure the best service and best results in their property search. Our experience spans all areas of Residential sales from Oceanfront to Resort communities and single family neighborhoods. Due to Clint’s daily interaction along the entire Grand Strand he can offer guidance in all parts of Horry & Georgetown counties.
His goal is to become the client’s "Realtor for Life" whether buying or selling on the national level.
Stacy Beckman is the Listing Manager and Closing Coordinator for Guyton Realty Group. Stacy’s main responsibilities are to immediately respond to all internal & external customers and fulfill their requests. She communicates to all parties regarding listing information and ultimately contract and closing information. Chances are pretty high that you will speak with Stacy during your experience with our team.
Stacy is a wonderful mother of three great kids (future team members!) with past experience in the banking industry and tax fields. Stacy began her career with our team in 2012 after being recruited for her organizational and communication skills. Stacy’s role will expand into Team Manager as additional staff is added
